Patient Experience Coordinator

What you'll do

• Manage patient scheduling from inbound and outbound calls
• conduct appointment reminder calls 48 hours before visits
• answer and direct calls
• register new patients and update demographics
• coordinate patient flow with providers and clinical staff
• greet and sign in patients
• provide forms and policies
• process payments
• contact existing patients about products and services
• maintain patient privacy and an organized reception area.
