Fitness Sales Associate / Presales Specialist

The Fitness Sales Associate / Presales Specialist role is based in or near MetroWest, with most work remote during the presales period and in-person local outreach events. Pay is $16.50–$20 per hour plus uncapped commission. The role supports D1 Training Westborough’s presales ahead of the facility’s opening. The associate converts leads into founding memberships through outbound outreach and full-cycle sales conversations, helping build the membership base before the training facility opens.

What you'll do

• Make outbound calls, texts, and emails
• conduct sales conversations from discovery through close
• update the CRM
• follow up with leads
• meet call-volume and close-rate targets
• and support community outreach, tenting, and tabling events at the General Manager’s direction.
