• Establish and execute scientific strategy for Analytical Platform Sciences and Characterization
• advance mechanistic understanding of tLNP systems
• develop and apply advanced analytical technologies
• identify emerging trends and translate them into platform capabilities
• lead, mentor, and develop scientists
• set priorities and allocate resources
• influence formulation, process, analytical, and control-strategy decisions
• build relationships with internal stakeholders and external collaborators
