Accounts Payable Specialist

What you'll do

• Coordinate and process accounts payable transactions
• perform high-volume data entry
• process check and ACH payments
• match invoices to purchase orders where applicable
• verify entries and supporting documentation
• code invoices and allocate expenses
• reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
• monitor payment timing, discounts, and credits
• maintain AP files
• communicate with vendors and internal departments
• assist with other accounting and administrative duties as needed.

Why this role
