What you'll do

• Organize, direct, and administer Nursing/Patient Care Services
• coordinate budget planning for personnel, supplies, and equipment with the CFO and nursing leaders
• manage departmental cost controls
• oversee quality assessment, improvement, and CQI
• recommend patient-care equipment
• participate in policy and administrative meetings
• collaborate across disciplines and with directors on clinical staff hiring, orientation, evaluation, discipline, and education
• round with patients, families, employees, and physicians
• participate in the administrative on-call rotation.
