What you'll do

• Identify, develop, and close new business through prospecting, outbound outreach, and broker or referral partnerships

• manage complex sales cycles with executive and HR decision-makers
• work with internal teams on proposals, pricing, and implementation
• maintain CRM pipeline and activity reporting
• represent the company at industry events and partner meetings
• strengthen broker and channel relationships.
