What you'll do

• Develop and maintain repair and maintenance budgets and capital plans with property management
• evaluate project costs
• oversee property operations and recommend improvements
• implement preventive maintenance and repair programs
• maintain building safety and cleanliness
• oversee HVAC, fire protection, plumbing, vertical transportation, and electrical systems
• conduct site inspections and oversee annual inspection and testing requirements
• respond to emergencies
• maintain emergency systems
• support tenant work and maintenance requests
• manage vendors and capital projects
• ensure code and safety compliance
• supervise and develop engineering staff
• maintain 24/7 emergency coverage schedules.
