Personal Care Attendant

What you'll do

• Arrange home visits and open client cases
• assess client situations and environments
• review caregiver care quality and conduct follow-up visits
• document visits and communications
• conduct client surveys every 3–4 months
• distribute supplies as needed
• schedule qualified personal care attendants for authorized hours
• provide orientations and ongoing coaching
• monitor timekeeping through EVV
• maintain client and personnel files
• coordinate incident documentation
• assist with admissions and supervisory visits
• support recruiting, hiring, and annual evaluations.
