What you'll do

• Lead and develop loan servicing staff
• oversee routine and cyclical department functions
• ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and credit union policies
• manage third-party servicer relationships and quality controls
• improve loan boarding and exception reporting
• oversee loan statements, escrow accounts, collateral insurance, reporting, and servicing quality
• partner with analysts and technology teams on operational improvements.
