What you'll do

• Lead, develop, and manage team members through hiring, training, coaching, and performance management
• oversee staffing, scheduling, food quality, and service
• support front- and back-of-house operations
• resolve guest concerns
• manage sales, labor, and food costs
• analyze operational and financial data
• oversee opening and closing, cash handling, and reporting
• ensure legal and company-policy compliance
• maintain food safety, sanitation, cleanliness, inventory, and ordering.
