What you'll do

• Request verbal employment verifications
• coordinate updates to homeowners’ and flood insurance binders
• request corrected title and closing documents from attorneys
• work with underwriters and processors on file updates
• review and prepare loan files for final closing documents
• confirm the initial Closing Disclosure was issued and acknowledged at least three business days before closing
• verify rates and documents remain valid
• and complete assigned tasks within 48 hours or less.
