Product Graphics Transformation Leader

The Product Graphics Transformation Leader is a hybrid role based primarily in the office in Grand Rapids, Michigan, with collaboration across locations including Cluj. Compensation is not specified. The leader develops the team and modernizes how product information is created and released, including the transition from traditional 2D deliverables to 3D-based solutions. The work supports product launches and customer experiences through accurate, compliant documentation and scalable processes.

What you'll do

• Lead and develop the Product Graphics team responsible for assembly and disassembly instructions, installation guides, product law documentation, compliance content, and safety labels
• set priorities and allocate resources
• lead organizational change and adoption of 3D-based solutions
• establish standards and best practices across locations
• improve documentation, release, and quality processes
• partner with engineering, industrial design, manufacturing, marketing, packaging, and other teams
• guide review and release of technical documentation and product communication assets
• coach and develop talent
• as organizational needs evolve, provide leadership to product engineering resources supporting product development.
