Mental Health Practitioner (ARMHS)

What you'll do

• Create, review, and update functional assessments and individual treatment plans
• provide skills training in clients’ homes or community settings
• document services and collateral contacts
• coordinate care with clients’ care teams
• participate in individual supervision and ARMHS meetings
• complete continuing education
• maintain consistent client scheduling across the service area.
