What you'll do

• Conduct tours and present apartment homes, amenities, finishes, and the surrounding location
• maintain a prospect pipeline and follow up
• convert leads into leases
• manage applications, paperwork, and move-in coordination
• help plan resident events and outreach
• collaborate with the onsite team
• weekend availability is required.
