Sales Support Coordinator

What you'll do

• Respond to customer calls and emails
• maintain customer pricing and account records
• enter and follow up on sales orders and supplier purchase orders
• coordinate customer and vendor information
• assist with inventory programs, freight rates, credits, and complaints
• maintain reports and files
• provide backup front-desk coverage.

Why this role
