Pulmonary Inpatient and Outpatient. Mediteach EMR- Converting to Epic in October. Typical diagnoses are post op general surgery, mechanical ventilation, sepsis, substance abuse/withdrawal, and DKA. Open ICU with a strong Hospitalist team.
