Floating Member Services Specialist

The Floating Member Services Specialist works onsite at Via Credit Union branches, with the listing location in Marion, IN. Scheduled hours are Tuesday through Thursday, 8:15 AM–4:30 PM; Friday, 8:15 AM–5:00 PM; and Saturday, 8:15 AM–noon. Pay is $24 per hour. The specialist supports members across branches by opening accounts, addressing account needs, and explaining relevant products and services. The role also assists with loan-related work and contact-center overflow, helping members resolve issues and maintain lasting relationships with the credit union.

What you'll do

• Open and maintain member accounts
• assist with account balancing, certificates, check reorders, and member service issues
• gather and analyze loan application information and submit requests to the Loan Underwriter for decisions
• explain products and services
• provide backup for Contact Center overflow calls
• travel to various branches.
