What you'll do

• Oversee daily maintenance of grounds, facilities, rental homes, amenities, and infrastructure
• prioritize and delegate service requests
• perform repairs involving plumbing, light carpentry, HVAC, appliances, and general facilities
• conduct preventive maintenance
• maintain landscaping and irrigation
• oversee pool maintenance where applicable
• coordinate vendors
• manage inventory and expenses with the General Manager
• provide on-call emergency maintenance as required.
