What you'll do

• Show homes to buyer clients
• identify buyer needs, budgets, and suitable properties
• guide buyers through the purchase process
• prospect and follow up with potential clients
• develop opportunities to work with homeowners and grow into listing work
• communicate with clients, agents, and vendors
• schedule showings and provide feedback
• attend inspections, walkthroughs, closings, and other appointments when needed
• maintain CRM notes and follow-up activities
• participate in team training and professional development.
