What you'll do

• Lead and train team members on wash packages and membership sales
• oversee opening and closing, staffing, chemical levels, preventive maintenance, wash quality, and customer flow
• maintain site cleanliness
• enforce safety procedures
• identify equipment issues early
• support the Site Manager with daily decisions and team coaching.
