Apartment Maintenance Supervisor

What you'll do

• Oversee daily maintenance operations, work orders, unit turns, and repairs
• implement preventive maintenance schedules
• inspect the property and address safety or maintenance concerns
• prioritize and assign work orders and communicate with residents
• assist with complex HVAC, plumbing, and electrical repairs as needed
• manage inventory, supplies, and maintenance budgets
• coordinate vendors and contractors
• ensure work complies with safety standards and company policies
• maintain maintenance records
• be available for after-hours emergency on-call duties.
