What you'll do

• Provide customer service to employees, contractors, visitors, and vendors
• follow site security procedures and emergency response activities when appropriate
• respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations
• conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, grounds, parking areas, access points, and perimeter areas
• monitor access and verify authorized entry
• document visitor, contractor, and vehicle activity
• complete incident reports, patrol logs, and shift documentation.

Why this role
