The Behavior Technician (BT) or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) is an onsite role based in West Milton, OH. Compensation is $18.00 - $24.00 per hour. This role supports Magnet ABA Therapy, a provider of Applied Behavior Analysis services. The role implements individualized behavior intervention programs to help clients with autism or developmental disabilities. It exists to provide direct one-on-one therapy and reinforce social, communication, and daily living skills under the supervision of a BCBA.
