What you'll do

• Prepare and submit roofing supplements using Xactimate
• review insurance adjuster reports for missing or underpaid line items
• communicate and negotiate with insurance carriers
• collaborate with project managers and sales on scopes of work
• document submissions, approvals, and follow-ups
• track Xactimate pricing and roofing standards
• assist with claim disputes and escalate complex cases as needed.
