What you'll do

• Assist with and manage construction defect litigation matters
• draft and evaluate case management orders and related documents
• manage and organize discovery
• conduct legal research and prepare written work
• participate in property inspections and meetings
• communicate with clients
• coordinate with attorneys, consultants, experts, and opposing counsel
• track deadlines and case materials.
