The Homeowners Association (HOA) Manager role is an onsite, full-time position in Apex, NC, paying $57,500–$60,000 per year. RS Fincher’s community manager works with association boards to support community operations. The manager coordinates board communications, property inspections, maintenance and repairs, records, homeowner requests, and association financial and insurance processes under board direction. The role helps associations carry out their governing documents and management contracts while keeping homeowners, board members, contractors, and other parties informed.

What you'll do

• Coordinate and attend board meetings
• prepare agendas, notices, and board packages
• conduct property inspections twice monthly
• identify maintenance needs and coordinate repairs as directed
• maintain association records and homeowner communications
• track requests, work orders, and architectural review requests
• prepare scopes of work
• assist with budgets, dues, bills, bank reconciliations, reserves, and insurance claims
• maintain association records access and homeowner databases.
