What you'll do

• Direct daily restaurant operations in the General Manager’s absence
• provide guest service
• control waste, expenses, shrinkage, and payroll
• maintain cleanliness, sanitation, safety, and staffing standards
• open or close the restaurant
• assemble and package orders
• receive deliveries and place vendor orders when needed
• monitor product freshness and preparation
• handle guest issues
• support kitchen and crew members.
