What you'll do

• Optimize PointClickCare assessments, care plans, templates, reports, and system changes
• coordinate mock surveys and track corrective actions
• support QAPI, infection prevention, falls, skin integrity, and medication management programs
• coach and educate teams
• review quality indicators, facilitate root cause analyses, and recommend improvements.
