Lead Coach / Sales Specialist – Kids’ Athletic Programming

The Lead Coach / Sales Specialist role is onsite in Cedar Park, TX. Compensation is $16–$19 per hour. What you'll do

• Make outbound sales calls and convert leads into scheduled trials and memberships
• communicate with prospective parents and follow up on inquiries
• manage front-desk sales operations and trial check-ins
• coach 8–10 classes per week
• engage children in age-appropriate physical programming
• support class schedule optimization
• handle customer service and administrative duties
• model center culture and mentor coaching staff
• assist management with sales, operational, and performance targets.
