What you'll do

• Manage control room operations personnel on a shift
• promote nuclear safety culture
• ensure abnormal and emergency operating procedures and emergency response functions are followed
• coordinate with facility teams on waste transfers, outages, and troubleshooting
• implement work-window activities and ensure required operating conditions and lockouts
• address emergent shift needs
• review rounds and trends, direct corrective actions, and maintain logs and status boards
• schedule and track surveillance
• ensure training and staffing qualifications meet requirements.
