This role exists to design and implement systems that shape employee growth, from new hires to executives. By creating structured leadership pathways and optimizing training content, the leader ensures the organization maintains operational excellence and achieves its expansion goals.

What you'll do

• Design organizational learning strategy, build onboarding programs, create leadership development pathways, manage LMS platforms, and track training KPIs.
