What you'll do

• Manage project timelines, budgets, and cross-functional coordination
• plan and execute trade shows, including logistics, booth coordination, and staffing
• maintain trade show calendars, budgets, and inventory
• implement lead capture and post-show follow-up
• coordinate signage and visuals
• support retail and sales initiatives with marketing materials
• compile market research for Sales
• coordinate with internal teams and vendors
• provide backup support for listed product, packaging, regulatory, and brand-related activities.
