Program Lead Aide

Foundations Learning Academy provides early childhood learning programs for infants, toddlers, and young learners. The aide supports the Program Lead in creating a safe, welcoming classroom and guiding age-appropriate activities. The role also helps build positive communication with families and supports children’s learning and development.

What you'll do

• Partner with the Program Lead on age-appropriate learning activities
• help maintain a clean, organized, safe classroom
• build relationships with families and communicate about children’s days
• participate in workshops, training, and skill-building opportunities, including First Aid/CPR certification.
