What you'll do

• Greet donors and provide assistance
• process and track donations
• maintain a clean, organized donation area
• sort, load, and unload Salvation Army trucks according to center policy
• power-sort donations where applicable
• support production processes as needed
• safeguard donated materials and equipment
• report complaints, damage, or injuries
• explain acceptable donations and pickup services for heavy items.
