What you'll do

• Build and maintain storm rosters with Storm Leadership
• support the call-out process as needed
• onboard storm restoration personnel, including during surge periods
• collect and process Form I-9 and tax withholding documents
• complete pre-hire checks and verifications
• maintain personnel information in the HRIS
• coordinate onboarding with Human Resources, Fleet, Safety, IT, Accounting, and Payroll
• answer onboarding questions and refer broader HR matters
• update Storm Leadership on roster and onboarding status
• provide on-call coverage and schedule flexibility as storm operations require.
