What you'll do

• Prepare food to quality standards and according to recipes
• set up supplies and prepare the kitchen for service
• report emergencies, accidents, injuries, hazards, and policy deviations
• assist guests with knowledge of hotel grounds and services
• maintain kitchen and equipment sanitation
• use cooking methods and equipment safely.
