What you'll do

• Welcome guests and take orders
• prepare and assemble BBQ plates and menu items according to recipes, portions, and quality standards
• clean and organize workstations, dining areas, equipment, and restrooms
• handle cash and point-of-sale transactions
• restock food, supplies, and condiments
• follow food-safety and sanitation procedures
• support teammates during busy periods
• complete assigned opening, closing, and cleaning duties.
