What you'll do

• Direct on-site technicians and ensure repairs are completed safely, efficiently, and on time
• plan and schedule repair work
• provide hands-on maintenance assistance and training as needed
• maintain preventive maintenance programs and monitor breakdown trends and costs
• inspect outside repairs for quality and compliance
• manage vendor relationships and equipment warranties
• coach staff and ensure regulatory and company compliance.
