What you'll do

• assist with department meetings and shift updates
• monitor cleanliness and sanitation
• track attendance and call-offs
• coordinate breaks
• prepare and distribute assignment sheets
• manage radios, keys, and devices
• inspect guest rooms and public and service areas
• assist staff with job functions
• report maintenance work orders
• monitor guest requests
• address time-clock issues
• complete paperwork and hand off assignment status to the manager or incoming supervisor.
