What you'll do

• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing and affordable housing regulations
• collect and deposit rent
• respond to resident inquiries and work orders
• maintain applicant waiting lists
• manage budgets, leasing, certifications, inspections, and applications
• supervise property staff and vendors
• organize community activities
• conduct unit inspections and property walks
• and travel for required training or conferences. The posting states availability for after-hours emergency on-call duties.
