Spooler — Wire Rope Production

Job overview

The Spooler — Wire Rope Production role is onsite in Hennessey, OK, in warehouse and field environments. Pay is $23–$26 per hour. Certex USA supplies wire rope products and services, and this position supports production and customer work orders. The spooler prepares and completes wire rope assemblies to customer specifications by operating production equipment, interpreting work tickets and drawings, and following safety and quality procedures. The work supports accurate order completion and safe handling of materials and loads.

What you'll do

• Set up, feed, spool, cut, install, adjust, and maintain wire rope production machines and equipment
• interpret Fab Tickets, instructions, specifications, drawings, and blueprints
• calculate cut lengths and fitting requirements and select equipment
• tag and label products, consult capacity tables, and record inventory
• maintain service trucks and trailers, logs, and field service tickets
• attach and detach loads, use pulley and block systems, and maintain load control
• follow safety and quality requirements and report concerns or defective materials.
