What you'll do

• Assist with setting up and pouring concrete into forms
• lift and carry 50–100 pounds and pull steel cable
• bend and stretch over forms to place steel plates, assemblies, and wire mesh
• rake and trowel wet concrete
• use basic mathematical measurements and a tape measure
• stand for up to 12 hours a day
• work in all weather conditions and some weekends.
