The Caregiver role is onsite, serving clients across Queen Creek, Gilbert, Chandler, Mesa, Tempe, Paradise Valley, Scottsdale, East Phoenix, and surrounding East Valley communities in AZ. Pay is $16–$18 per hour, with weekly pay. Interim HealthCare of Queen Creek provides in-home support to help older adults and others remain safe, comfortable, and independent at home. The caregiver provides one-on-one assistance with daily activities, mobility, meals, and companionship while observing and reporting client needs. The role supports clients' independence and well-being, with a local team available to caregivers.

What you'll do

• Provide in-home support
• assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, light housekeeping, meal preparation, shopping, and companionship
• assist with ambulation, transfers, and range-of-motion exercises
• provide medication reminders
• observe and document client conditions and report concerns promptly
• engage clients in conversation, activities, and shared interests. Requires at least six months of verifiable caregiving experience, reliable transportation, and current CPR certification or ability to obtain it before starting.
