Shipping and Receiving Coordinator II

The coordinator ensures materials are received, checked, stored, staged, and shipped accurately and on time. By maintaining records and communicating shipment issues with Project Managers and Purchasing, the role helps production teams meet operational needs and project timelines.

What you'll do

• Load and unload delivery trucks
• transport and locate materials
• stage or kit materials for production
• package and kit customer shipments
• verify received goods against bills of lading and purchase orders
• check material condition
• process paperwork and electronic entries
• report short shipments and vendor performance
• coordinate shipment issues with Project Managers and Purchasing.
