What you'll do

• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver customer products on time and with quality
• develop and communicate program schedules
• interface with customers and internal teams across product lifecycle phases
• establish customer contracts or agreements and maintain their terms
• monitor performance metrics
• develop cost models
• resolve customer conflicts and product issues
• secure capacity and manpower
• address supply-chain disruptions
• oversee engineering change and change management
• lead continuous process improvement teams.
