Activity Aide — Memory Care

What you'll do

• Lead and assist with arts and crafts, music, games, and exercise activities
• provide one-on-one activities for residents unable to attend group programs
• adapt activities for dementia, memory impairment, or physical limitations
• set up and clean activity spaces
• assist with special events and holiday celebrations
• document participation
• escort residents safely
• support volunteers and visitors
• report behavioral changes or concerns to the nurse.

Why this role

Must be available on weekends and work weekdays and rotating weekends. High school diploma or GED required. Prior elderly or memory-care experience preferred; training available. BLS/CPR certification preferred or must be obtained within 30 days; activity professional certification is a plus, not required.
