Facility Maintenance Technician — Multi-Site Projects

What you'll do

• Inspect facilities for electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and structural deficiencies
• plan and complete repairs and improvements
• recommend upgrades
• develop project scopes, budgets, and cost estimates
• solicit and evaluate subcontractor bids
• coordinate schedules and monitor timelines
• verify work against specifications and quality standards
• perform or oversee building maintenance tasks including drywall, painting, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, landscaping, concrete, carpentry, and tile work.
