Technical Project Coordinator — Industrial Machinery

Job overview

The Technical Project Coordinator role is based in Tonawanda, New York, with a Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m. schedule and some remote work possible. Compensation is $65,000–$75,000 per year. The position supports the Hebeler-Howard Marten division and its engineered equipment and fabrication projects.

What you'll do

• Assist project managers with project planning and execution
• review purchase orders, specifications, and drawings
• maintain documentation and track milestones
• coordinate communication across engineering, manufacturing, quality, purchasing, and shipping
• support customer updates, inspections, and documentation
• maintain project data in the ERP system
• and coordinate smaller projects under project-management guidance.
