The Industrial Maintenance Machine Technician role is onsite in Redford, MI, on rotating 12-hour shifts from 5 a.m. to 5 p.m. Pay is $25 per hour. MNP is a family-owned fastener manufacturer that promotes from within and provides employee training and development. The technician diagnoses and maintains industrial machinery and its mechanical and electrical systems, helping keep manufacturing equipment operating safely and effectively. The schedule alternates between a 36-hour first week and a 48-hour second week.

What you'll do

• Diagnose and work on machinery
• maintain mechanical and electrical systems and industrial controls
• use knowledge of gauges, valves, pressure regulators, lathes, grinders, drills, and milling machines
• follow OSHA safety standards
• document and report work as needed.
