What you'll do

• Read and document communication logs and notify the nurse when needed
• complete incident reports
• dispense and document medications in the MAR
• assist with self-administration and count narcotics
• support residents’ activities of daily living and adaptive equipment use
• participate in life enrichment
• follow training, privacy, safety, and service requirements
• communicate respectfully with residents, families, and team members.

Why this role

Previous Med Passer experience is required; high school diploma or equivalent is required. CNA and senior-care experience are preferred. Med Passer training requirements must be completed within the first 30 days.
